- 4 carrots
- 2 peaches
- 1kg oranges
- 1 lemon
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- Sugar according to taste |

- Wash and peel the carrots. Cut into pieces.
- Cook in boiling water these pieces for 15 minutes. Drain and cool.
- Wash and dénoyauter fisheries. The cut-pieces.
- Press oranges and lemon.
- Mixer pieces of carrots and peaches with orange juice and lemon, add sugar and cinnamon.
- Serve cool.
