INGREDIENTS

- 100g fresh ginger
- 1 pineapple
- 2 lemons
- 1.5 liter of water (or milk depending on your choice)
- Sugar according to taste
PREPARATION
TIME OF PREPARATION : 10 mn
- Cut the head and foot of the pineapple with a carving knife tapered along the bark. Remove the pulp by pushing. Cut into slices.
- Wash, peel and grate the ginger.
- Squeeze lemons.
- Mix the pineapple chunks, grated ginger, lemon juice, sugar and water (or milk). Skip the Chinese.
- Serve cool.
