- 2kg of sugar meal
- 1 lemon
- 1/2litre water
PREPARATION
TIME OF PREPARATION : 40 mn
- Wash and cut the lemon into rounds.
- Combine in a saucepan sugar, water and slices of lemon. Cook, covered, over high heat for 30min.
- In case of failure. If honey crystallizes, fire and return to boil before adding a glass of water and mix quickly. Remove from heat.
