INGREDIENTS

PERSONS : 6

- 200 g de chocolat

- 200 g de beurre salé + un peu de beurre doux pour le moule

- 200 g de sucre

- 5 oeufs

- 100 g de farine

Pour la crème :

- 25 cl de lait

- 25 cl de crème liquide

- 100 g de sucre

- 6 jaunes d’oeufs

- 1 gousse de vanille

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 70 mn

- Break the chocolate in a saucepan. Add the butter to melt and parcels.



- Break whole eggs in a container. Add sugar and Whisk until the mixture blanches. Incorporate the flour mixture and then add the chocolate / butter to whipping.



- Butter in a pan cake. Pour the dough in and enfourned

. Bake 35 min.



- Meanwhile, prepare the cream:



- Pour the milk and cream liquid in a saucepan. Add vanilla bean split in two. Bring to a boil.



- Whisk the yolks with sugar until the mixture blanches.



- When the bout milk, pour a ladle in the mix egg yolks, sugar to whipping. Then transvasez all in the pot and cook over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula, until thickened.



- Pour the cream into a bowl and let cool, stirring occasionally.



- Remove the cake from oven and let cool before unmould.



- Cut it into thick slices. Serve with crème anglaise
