INGREDIENTS

Cake yogurt

- 1 pot of yoghurt

- 1 cup half and tea powdered sugar

- 1 cup tea oil

- 1 bag of sugar vanilla

- 3 packets of yeast cake

- 5 eggs

- 1 pinch of salt

- The flour mixture as

- 1 box of fruit

- 50g chopped almonds

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 45 mn

- Working in an electric blender eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes whiten and sparkling, add oil to continuing to work, add the yogurt and vanilla sugar, mix well, add the sifted flour little a little mixture, add yeast and salt, all work until a smooth paste.

- Butter a slightly mould cake, the paper line cooking, letting go beyond the edges of the mould, Y pay the dough, divide fruit at the edges of the dough and place the chopped almonds in the middle.

- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 45 minutes.

- Check the cooking cake with a knife blade before it out of the oven, let cool before unmould.
