- Wash and squeeze oranges and lemons, filter them.
- Pour the orange juice and lemon in a saucepan and bring to boil.
- Cut the flesh pineapple chunks, reserving a few.
- Mixer pieces of pineapple with orange juice in a blender, add sugar, then place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Add the pineapple juice in the glass service, add the reserved pineapple chunks.
- Serve cold.
