INGREDIENTS

- 1 roll pizza dough

- 100g chorizo

- 150g of celebrated cut into cubes

- 2 tomatoes

- 1 pinch of sugar

- 1 tablespoon of tomato concentrate

- 1 onion

- Salt, pepper

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 30 mn

- Wash the tomatoes, grate them in a rasp a big hole.

- Cook the grated tomatoes in a skillet with oil, add the tomato concentrate, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar, let reduce until the total evaporation of water, stirring regularly.

- Peel and cut onions into rounds, making them melt in a pan with a little butter, salt and pepper.

- Cut the chorizo in small pieces.

- Flatten the dough with a roll pastry to a lowering of 3mm thick, cut small circles of 5 to 6 cm in diameter with a cutter round and jagged.

- Have these discs on a plate lined paper baking; Coat the surface of each disc with tomato sauce, available on each disc a slice of onion, diced celebrated, pieces of chorizo.

- Bake in a preheated oven at 240 ° C until the dough is golden brown.

- Serve immediately.
