- Spread the dough with a rolling pastry on a work plan floured, leafing through it until you get a very thin sheet of 0.5 cm thick, brush the surface with mustard, cover with Gruyere cheese, cut the piece of dough into strips of 2.5 cm wide, then cut them to bands of 7cm long, hold the two ends and twist these small bands slightly, drop them on a plate covered with paper oven cooking.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190 ° C until the twists are well browned.
- Serve immediately.
