- 200g pizza dough (see recipe)
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1c.à.s oil
- 1c.à.c of tomato concentrate
- 6 large shrimp
- 6 sticks surimi
- 200g mozzarella
- A little thyme
- Salt and pepper |

- Make the pizza dough. Let lift during 30min.
- Heat the oil in a skillet. Add chopped onion. Lasser back then add the grated tomatoes, tomato concentrate. Add salt, pepper and allow to reduce the total evaporation of water. Add the thyme and remove from heat.
- Put in a pan of boiling salted water shrimp and cook for 3min. drain.

- Cut this paste with a cut-paste 10cm in diameter.
