INGREDIENTS

PERSONS : 4

- 4 sheets pastilla

- 8 sausages in Frankfurt

- 1 egg beaten

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 35 mn

- Cut 4 sheets pastilla (at the same time) with a pair of scissors into strips 1cm wide.

- Wrap each sausage of a band of leaf (this band has 4 strips of sheets to pastilla). Paste the end with beaten egg.

- Repeat this operation for the other sausages. Dorer with the beaten egg.

- Arrange on a plate buttered.

- To bake at 180 degrees C for 20minutes until they are well browned.

- Serve immediately.
