INGREDIENTS

PERSONS : 4

- 250g of dried chickpeas

- 2 cloves garlic, chopped

- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander

- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

- 1 pinch of hot pepper

- 2 eggs

- 2 peppers birds

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 3 tablespoons flour

- 1/2cuillerée coffee cumin

- 1/2cuillerée coffee pepper

- 1 pinch of saffron

- Salt

- Oil for frying

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 30 mn

- Soak the chickpeas in a bowl of water for 2 days by changing the water every day, drain them.

- Put the chickpeas in the bowl of a household robot, add the cloves of garlic, cilantro, parsley, peppers birds, cumin, saffron, eggs, flour, yeast, salt, pepper, mix until a smooth dough.

- Shape dough into cakes and flatten slightly with your hand.

- To fry them in a bath of hot oil, remove when chickpea fritters are golden on both sides.

- The blot on paper towel.

- Serve immediately.
