INGREDIENTS

- 4 nets turkey

- 2 eggs

- Oil for frying

- Salt sticks

- Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 45 mn

- Salt sticks Grind coarsely in a windmill power.

- Cut the fillets into two turkey, salt and pepper.

- Beat the eggs in a bowl with a fork, season with pepper and salt.
