INGREDIENTS

PERSONS : 4

- 1kg sardine

- 1 bunch of parsley and chopped coriander

- 3 cloves minced garlic

- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 teaspoon sweet pepper

- 1 teaspoon cumin

- 1 pinch of hot pepper

- Juice of 1 lemon

- Salt

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 30 mn

- Wash, drains caller and sardines.

- Put in a bowl parsley and chopped cilantro, chopped onion, chopped garlic, cumin, pepper and very sweet, lemon juice, salt, mix well.

- Fill each sardine fillet with the stuffing and cover with another net, continue the same operation with the other sardines, ferine stuffed sardines and fry them on both sides in a bath of hot oil, drain them on absorbent paper.

- Serve immediately.
