- Lowering the dough on a work plan with a roll pastry, cut the dough into rectangles of laminated same size 6cm long and 5cm wide, spread a thin layer of mustard on each rectangle and drop the Above Gruyere cheese and sausages cocktail, roll the dough around the stuffing.
- Cut each rectangle stuffed into two, decorate them with a fork, have as on a plate covered with paper baking, brush with egg yolk.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
