- 100g cream

- 100g sugar

- 100g of dark chocolate

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 25 mn

- Mix all ingredients in a saucepan.

- Cook over low heat (85 ° C), without ceasing to stir until cream tablecloth spatula.

- Book a freezer at -18 ° C for 4 hours.
