INGREDIENTS

PERSONS : 8

- 1litre milk

- 10 egg yolks

- 250g fresh cream

- 125g sugar

- 1 vanilla bean

- 1 box of condensed milk 375g

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 30 mn

- Boil water 2litre. Put the milk box and let cook for about 30min.

- Bring to a boil milk with fresh cream and vanilla bean split in two.

- Make white the yolks and sugar.

- Pour the hot milk over the mixture, without ceasing to beat.

- 5min Cook over low heat, without ceasing to stir until the mixture becomes thick.

- Stir in caramelized condensed milk, mixing well until the cream is homogeneous.

- Skip the cream Chinese stamen.

- Cool, stirring occasionally.

- Pour the cream into an ice cream maker.

- Mould. Smooth.

- Keep freezer at least two hours.

- Turn and decorate caramel sauce.
