INGREDIENTS

Cheese Biscuits

- 250g flour

- 200g grated cheese

- 100g butter

- Milk to collect the dough

- 1 egg yolk

- Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 45 mn

- Put in a bowl sifted flour, butter, 100g grated cheese, salt and pepper, mix well, gradually add milk to bring together the dough and knead vigorously until a smooth paste and malleable .

- Spread the dough on a work plan for floured a thickness of 4mm, the cut-shaped triangles with a cutter, to have them as on a plate covered with a paper baking sheet, brush them with egg yolk and decorate with grated cheese.

- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 10 to 15 minutes.

- Serve hot to cold.
