INGREDIENTS

PERSONS : 6

- 100 g of glutinous rice flour

- 150 grams of rice flour

- 1 glass of water

- 100 g of sugar

- 3 tbsp. to SP. of lard

- 100 grams of dried fruit: jujube, orange peel, dates, dried litchi

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 15 mn

- Make a syrup with sugar and water, cool.

- Combine the two flours.

- Pad with syrup then adds the lard.

- Once a homogeneous mixture, then add nuts.

- Oil a cast of 18 cm in diameter and 5 cm in height.

- Pour everything.

- Bake the steam 50 minutes.

- Cool and serve.
