- 100g chorizo

- Wash the tomatoes, grate them in a rasp a big hole.

- Flatten the dough with a roll pastry to a lowering of 3mm thick, cut small circles of 5 to 6 cm in diameter with a cutter round and jagged.
- Have these discs on a plate lined paper baking; Coat the surface of each disc with tomato sauce, available on each disc a slice of onion, diced celebrated, pieces of chorizo.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 240 ° C until the dough is golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
