- 1 baguette
- 1 box of sardines
- Some pitted green olives
- Some pickles
- Mustard strong

- Cut the sliced green olives.
- Cut pickles into sticks.
- Open the box of sardines. Remove fish skin and bones and then crumble them with a fork
- Cut the baguette into slices 1cm thick, spread each slice on one side of mustard strong allocate crumble sardines, sprinkle with a few slices of olives and decorate with sticks gherkin.
- Serve immediately.
