INGREDIENTS

PERSONS : 8

- 1 avocado

- 250g of puff pastry (see preparation)

- 8 sausages Strasbourg

- 100g grated cheese red

- 2 eggs, beaten

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 65 mn

- Make the puff pastry. The paper cover film and let stand for 20min cool.

- Lowering the puff pastry to 2mm thick. Cut the lower with a cut-paste to obtain band 10cm wide. Dorer this band to the beaten egg.

- In the middle of each band sprinkle with grated cheese. Ask in the middle of each band 2 or 3 sausages from his long and close. Dorer with beaten egg.

- Book cool during 30min.

- Cut with a knife all 3cm.

- To bake at 200 degrees C for 15 to 20 minutes until they are well browned.

- Serve immediately.
