The paste

-- 150g of kosher cheese
-- 1 can of tuna with tomato crumbled
-- 10 pitted olives, cut, slice

-- To prepare the stuffing, mix in a bowl the kosher cheese, crumbled tuna, olive slices.
-- Put the sifted flour in a bowl, digging the centre to make a fountain, pour yeast and a little warm water, begin picking up flour, working whole, to add as water warm, malaxer sharply with the palm of your hand until you get a flexible and elastic dough, cover it with a cloth and let rest.
-- Spread the dough to roll pastry 5mm thick on a lightly floured surface, cut the dough into rounds, using the cutter round draw discs 8cm diameter file on each disc half a spoonful coffee farce, brush the edges of discs with egg yolk délayé with water, pressing lightly with your fingers all sides for not taking out the farce.
