- Clean and rinse well wings to water and salt.
- Put in a bowl of chicken wings, soy sauce and jam, mix well, cover food film and marinate for 5 to 6 hours in refrigerator.
- Arrange the marinated wings on a baking tray.
- Cook the wings to grill the oven to turning halfway through cooking, cook until they are golden and crisp on both sides.
- Tasting hot.
