- Wash the quinces well, wipe them, cut them into 4 without peel, remove the hearts and seeds (they are hard to remove hearts).
put the pieces of quince in a casserole and cover them with water (1litre water), add the powdered sugar, cook a very mild heat for 1 hour, covered, until the quinces ashamed, pass the mixing mill vegetables.
- Put the mixture to the casserole and cook over low heat uncovered, stirring regularly with a wooden spoon until thickened jam.
- Pour jam into hot sterilized jars, filling them to the brim, cool, once the jam is cold, close the jars so tight.
- Keep the pots in a cool and dry.
