INGREDIENTS

PERSONS : 4

- 300g of turkey escalope

- 1 shallot

- 4 tablespoons oil

- 3 tablespoons soy sauce

- Spicy peppers, minced 1

- 80g butter

- Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 60 mn

- Peel the shallots and mushrooms, mince them.

- Fry mushrooms and shallots in a pan with oil until the total evaporation of water, salt and pepper, pass them to the mixer.

- Spread the turkey cutlet and flatten with a roll pastry as finely as possible.

- Cut a piece of aluminum foil, coat it with soy sauce and spicy minced peppers, remove the turkey cutlet over, baste with a mixture of mushroom-shallot and ask at the end of a scallop sausage , Roll it into the turkey with a tight hand to give it the form of sausage and surround then rolled in foil, close the two sides as a sweet, to continue the operation with other sausages and cutlets.

- Put the turkey rolled in a plaque to four.

- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes, remove foil and coat rolls with butter and return to oven and let brown for 10 minutes.

- Serve hot.
