Pulp broken
- 250g flour
- 140g butter, diced
- Yellow of an egg
- A half cup of lukewarm water
- 1c.à.c salt
For the stuffing
- 4 slices of ham white
- 4 slices of cheese county
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- Pepper
- Egg yolk |

- Put in a bowl the flour sifted, include diced butter, salt, egg yolk.
- Sabler these ingredients until you get a sandy texture.
- Pour the water and mix these ingredients, the dough should not be too soft, pick it and let it rest in a cool 30 minutes.
- Cut the ham and cheese into cubes.
- Spread the pastry to roll 2mm thick on a work plan fariné, cutting discs with a round cutter.
- Put on each disc cubes two cheese and ham cubes, sprinkle the pepper over, brush the edges of the disc with egg yolk délayé with water, fold in two to form a shoe, paste edges by pressing lightly with the back of a fork, continue the same operation with other discs.
- Dorer booties with egg yolk, have them on an oiled plate.
- Cook the slippers in a moderately hot oven until they are well browned.
- Serve immediately.
