- 2 tablespoons of parsley

- Cut the mushrooms into quarters.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, bring back pieces of onion until they are golden, add the pieces of mushrooms, parsley, salt and pepper and cook over low heat and the end of cooking add the grated cheese, preparing to leave to cool.
