- 15 lemons untreated

- Wash well lemons then put them in a bowl, pour over the water a little hot and coat each lemon with salt and then the incision into four, taking care not to cut the ends of lemons.
- To fill the slots of each lemon with salt.
- Arrange the lemons in a scalded and sterilized jar, cover lemons and boiling water lukewarm and add salt and vinegar, stir well jar, cover with oil well and close the jar and leave the shelter of the light for a month.
