INGREDIENTS

PERSONS : 4

The paste

- 250g flour

- 125g butter

- 2 egg yolks

- 130g sugar meal

- 5cl milk

- 5g salt



The cream

- 1œuf

- 1 egg yolk

- 250cl milk

- 50g powdered sugar

- 2 tablespoon flour

- 25g butter

- 1 box pineapple

- Strawberry liqueur for decoration

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 45 mn

The cream

- Put in a bowl egg, egg yolk, butter and sugar, beat the mixture with an electric whisk, add the flour and hot milk, stirring constantly, bring mixture to a saucepan and cook over low heat continuing a stir with a wooden spoon until a thick cream.



The paste

- Put the sifted flour as a fountain on the work table, add the butter and salt plots.

- Sabler ingredients in the hands, slightly rubbing their hands.

- Blanchir egg yolks with the sugar with a whisk, down with water.

- Pour this mixture in the center of the fountain, mixing fingertips, gently shake the elements in their hands.

- Milling until a fine paste and flexible.

- Spread the dough and fill-in a buttered pie pan, prick the bottom with a fork, put the dough on a disc of baking paper and put over the chickpeas and cook for white men for 15 minutes.

- Garnish pie with slices of pineapple and strawberry liqueur.
