- 250cl milk
- 50g powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 25g butter
- 1 box pineapple
- Strawberry liqueur for decoration |

The cream
- Put in a bowl egg, egg yolk, butter and sugar, beat the mixture with an electric whisk, add the flour and hot milk, stirring constantly, bring mixture to a saucepan and cook over low heat continuing a stir with a wooden spoon until a thick cream.
The paste
- Put the sifted flour as a fountain on the work table, add the butter and salt plots.
