- Some sheets of rice cakes
- 400g beef minced
- 100g cooked shrimp
- 100g grows soy
- 12g black mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of nuoc-mām
- 1 small bunch parsley, chopped

- To inflate black mushrooms in hot water, drain and mince them.
- Boil the soy sprouts for 1 minute, drain them.
- Shell shrimp and chop them.
- Mix in a bowl the minced meat, sliced mushrooms, soy sprouts, crushed clove of garlic, soy sauce, egg, nuoc-mām, chopped shrimp, salt and pepper, mix well.
- Dip as the cakes in hot water for 2 seconds to soften, then put on a clean towel to dry the excess water, cut each sheet into three bands.
- Place a strip cut on the table, put a teaspoon of filling at one end and then bend to form a triangle, continue the same operation for other bands.
- Fry the triangles in a bath of hot oil until they are golden on both sides, drain them on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot Samoussas in a dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
