INGREDIENTS

PERSONS : 6

- 6 beautiful chicken legs

- 1 tablespoon grated ginger

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- Flour

- Oil for frying

- Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 45 mn

- Make incisions on chicken legs.

- Put in a bowl ginger, soy sauce, salt, and pepper, mix well, baste the chicken thighs with the mixture and let marinate for 20 minutes.

- Roll the thighs in flour.

- Make them soak in a bath of hot oil until the skin of the thighs is crispy.

- Serve immediately.
