INGREDIENTS

- 10 sheets of Brick

- 200g Chinese vermicelli

- 100g prawns

- 250g smoked trout

- 2 cloves garlic

- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 teaspoon cumin

- 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper

- 1 / 2 teaspoon paprika

- 1 pinch of saffron

- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander

- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

- 1 box kept mushrooms

- 1/2petit glass of water

- 1/2petit cup oil

- Melted butter

- Salt

- 1 egg

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 45 mn

- Cut the smoked trout into small pieces, cut a few slices for decoration.

- Shell shrimp and cut them into small pieces.

- Soak the noodles in a bowl filled with boiling salted water for 2 minutes, let drain in a colander and cut them to scissors.
