- Working vigorously in a bowl powdered sugar and softened butter until it forms a creamy mixture, add oil and eggs, mix well, add the seeds sésames, chocolate cut into small pieces, yeast, salt, add the sifted flour gradually and knead well for a smooth paste and flexible.
- Shaping the dough with small pile of 3cm in diameter, have them on a baking sheet covered with paper baking, take care of the space in order not to paste them.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C until edges of cookies begin to brown.
- Cookies should be soft inside and crispy on the edges.
- Cool 3 minutes before the off.
