- Heat the oil in a casserole, bring back the onions and chopped garlic, add the meat, season with pepper, ginger, saffron, salted butter, salt, 10munites simmer, add peas chick, the bouquet garni, 1litre wet with water and cook covered over low heat for 2 hours, remove the bouquet garni and serve hot.
