- 1 chicken 2kg
- 1 bag of Chinese noodles 100g
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic grated
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 bunch of parsley and chopped coriander
- The juice d1 / 2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 / 4 teaspoon saffron
- 1 chorizo
- 100g mozzarella |

- Wash and salt the chicken well inside and outside and leave the freezer at least 1 week.
- Put water in a saucepan, bring to boil and soak the noodles in hot water until they are softened, drain them in a colander and cut the scissors.
- Put on a plate with lemon juice, parsley and chopped cilantro, chopped garlic, ginger, saffron, salt, olive oil, mix well, take a tablespoon of the mixture for farce, coat the chicken well on the inside and outside with this mixture and let marinate for 20 minutes.
- Put in a bowl the drained noodles, soup spoon mixture reserved chopped onion, 1 tablespoon of salted butter, salt, mix well.
- Stuff the chicken with this preparation, rein in the opening with wire kitchen.
- Fill the pot of couscous 3litres of water and bring to a boil and place the chicken on top of couscous, chicken breast down, cover well with paper baking and let steam for 2 hours.
- Put the cooked chicken in a dish to oven and coat it well with the rest of salted butter and brown on all sides in a moderately hot oven.
- Cut the chorizo and mozzarella cubes.
- Heat a little oil in a skillet and brown them slightly the chorizo.
- Put on each toothpick cubes of cheese and chorizo and installing them on the chicken for decoration.
- Serve immediately.
