- 1 cauliflower by 1kg

- 5 eggs

- 1 pinch of saffron

- 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper

- 1 / 2 teaspoon ginger

- 1 / 4 teaspoon cumin

- 1 pinch of hot pepper

- 100g grated mozzarella

- Salt

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 45 mn

- Remove the leaves green cauliflower and cut it into bouquet, wash them gently.

- Make bouquets of cauliflower in a casserole with water, add ginger, saffron, pepper and salt and cook, covered, until they are tender and firm, drain them in a colander.

- Beat the eggs in a bowl, season cumin, hot pepper and salt, mix well.

- Have the bouquets drained cauliflower in a gratin dish.

- Place the eggs on the cauliflower and sprinkle with the grated cheese.

- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C until the surface of the gratin is golden brown.

- Serve immediately.
