INGREDIENTS

PERSONS : 8

- 3 cups of water

- 2 glasses of tea flour

- 1 / 2 glass of tea fine semolina

- 1 / 2 glass tea powdered sugar

- 1 egg

- 2 egg yolks

- 1 tablespoon butter

- 1 pinch of salt

- Honey

- Oil for frying

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 45 mn

- Combine in a saucepan with water, salt, sugar and butter.

- Set the pan over medium heat until butter is melted.

- Once butter is melted, remove pan from heat, add the flour and sifted meal at once, mixing quickly and vigorously with a wooden spoon to prevent the dough form lumps.

- Put the pan over the heat and stir until the dough becomes slightly thick.

- Remove the pan from heat and let the dough cool. , Immediately incorporate the whole egg, stirring vigorously until it is fully incorporated into the dough, combine 2 yellow eggs, stir well, let stand for 25 minutes.

- Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, lay with two tablespoons of small balls of dough and allow to brown on all sides, remove them with a skimmer and plunge a few minutes in the honey.

- Have them on a serving platter.
