- 1 large cup oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4verre tea vinegar
- Salt and pepper

- Beat the whole egg and salt with an electric mixer until the mixture becomes whiten and sparkling, incorporate a small trickle of oil, add the oil drip without ceasing to beat up 'To obtain a mixture creamy and smooth and thickened.
- Stir in mustard and pepper, stir in one fell swoop by mixing the vinegar.
- Put it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
