INGREDIENTS

- 4 tomatoes

- 1 onion

- 1 teaspoon tomato concentrate

- 80ml cider vinegar

- 50g sugar

- 1 clove

- 1 clove garlic, pressed

- A little ginger

- A little hot pepper

- Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 45 mn

- Wash and peel tomatoes, cut into pieces.

- Putting the pieces of the robot electric tomatoes, reduce them to puree.

- Cut the onion, diced

- Add the tomato sauce in a saucepan, add sugar, garlic, onion, cloves, vinegar, tomato concentrate, hot pepper, ginger, salt, pepper, mix all these ingredients, cook 30 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly until the sauce becomes thick, filter the mixture through a sieve end, mix it a second time, deliver it on the fire for 15 minutes over low heat for letting yet thicken.

- Pour the tomato sauce in jars fitted with screw lids.

- Sterilize jars in water bath for about 2 hours over low heat.
