- Working vigorously in a bowl powdered sugar and oil, add the milk, vanilla sugar and yeast, mix well, add the sifted flour gradually and knead well for a smooth paste.
- Spread the dough with a rolling pastry on a work plan for fariné a thickness of 3mm, cut square with a cutter, to have them as on a plate covered d ' a sheet of paper baking, prick each square with a fork, brush them with egg yolk.
- Bake in a moderately hot oven until they are golden.
- Let cool and keep them in an airtight container.
