INGREDIENTS

PERSONS : 6

- 125g butter

- 200g powdered sugar

- 3 eggs

- 2 tablespoon cocoa

- 1 packet of vanilla sugar

- 2 packets of yeast cake

- The flour according to the mix

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 45 mn

- Remove the butter from refrigerator and let soften at room temperature.

- Separate the whites of yellow eggs.

- Working softened butter and powdered sugar in a bowl until creamy, add the egg yolks, yeast, sugar, vanilla, mix well, add the sifted flour gradually until that the dough is a little strong.

- Mounting egg whites to firm snow and then incorporate them gently to the batter.

- Divide the dough in half and add the sifted cocoa in half of dough by mixing thoroughly.

- Butter and flour a mould cake to crown them alternately a ball of dough nature and then a ball of dough to cocoa.

- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 35 minutes.

- Allow to cool before turn out well.
