INGREDIENTS

- 50g powdered sugar

- Zest of 1 lemon

- 1 packet of vanilla sugar

- 1 packet yeast cake

Syrup

- 500g powdered sugar

- Juice of 1 / 2 lemon

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 45 mn

The syrup

- Put in a saucepan sugar, lemon juice and cover with water, cook over low heat, cooking check by asking a drop of jam on a plate, the drop does not spread.



The paste

- Beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes with and sparkling, add oil and vanilla sugar, yeast, working vigorously this mixture, add the sifted flour gradually working ceaselessly to obtaining a smooth paste and flexible.

- Spread the dough with a roller on a thickness of 1cm on a work flour plan, cut dough into rounds with a cutter round after bore these washers with another cutter which is shaped like a thimble.

- Fry the fritters in a bath of hot oil until they are golden, soak them in hot syrup.

- Serve immediately.
