- Put the almonds in boiling water, trim, drain and fry in hot oil, remove them when they take on a golden, drain them in a colander, chop them coarsely.
- Put the sifted flour and butter in a bowl, rub the mixture with your hands, add water orange blossom, vanilla sugar, add the milk gradually to collect the pulp and malaxer vigorously with the palms of hand for 20 minutes until it is soft and smooth, and reserve it in a paper film and put it in the refrigerator.
- Spread the dough with a rolling pastry on a work plan fariné, cut it into squares with a cut dough, wrapped molds shaped cylinder with squares of dough stick at the centre so the halwas do not open during frying.
- Fry the halwas in a bath of hot oil until they are golden on all sides, unmould them warm and dive as in honey, drain them in a colander to remove surplus honey.
Arrange them in a serving platter and decorate them with chopped almonds.
