- Remove the fibrous feet and leaves of artichokes, clean them and then cooked in a crock pot of salted water for 20 minutes, drain them.
- Peel the shallots and chop it finely.
- Put in a bowl the minced meat, minced shallots, sweet peppers and strong, pepper, chopped parsley, cumin, ginger, cinnamon, salt, malaxer with hand until obtaining ' a homogeneous mixture.
- Share the mixture into 4 equal balls, each ball stuffed with cooked artichoke bottom.
- Fry in a bath of hot oil until golden on all sides.
- Serve immediately.
