INGREDIENTS

PERSONS : 4

- 250g flour

- 50g melted butter

- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

- 2 tablespoons yeast baker

- 1 packet yeast cake

- Milk to collect the dough

- 1 pinch of salt

- Nutella

- 1 egg yolk for decoration

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 90 mn

- Put in a bowl the flour sifted, digging a well in center, add the salt, sugar, melted butter, yeast baker and pastry, add the warm milk gradually and gather the dough, malaxer vigorously with the palm of hand for 15 minutes until a soft dough and smooth, form the dough into a ball and put it in a glass bowl, cover the bowl with paper film and then with a towel, leave to rise for 2 hours in a warm place, the dough should have doubled in volume.

- Spread dough into rectangle on a work plan fariné, cover the surface rectangle with a layer of Nutella.

- Roll the dough and cut it into slices all the 3cm, have them on an oiled plate, taking care to space, let inflate immune to the air currents in a warm place for 1 hour.

- Brush buns with the egg yolk and bake in a medium oven until they are well browned.
