- Emincer mushrooms and bring them back in a pan with butter.
- Spread dough 3mm thick on a work plan fariné slightly with a rolling pastry, cut discs with a cutter round 12cm in diameter.
- Put these discs of dough on small mussels buttered pie, prick them lightly with a fork, make them cook for 10 minutes at White (without garnish).
- Put the eggs in a bowl, beat them into omelette, add the cream and flour, nutmeg, salt, pepper, mix well.
- Put the preparation in a saucepan and cook over low heat until thick.
- Spread mushrooms in funds dough, pouring over the preparation prepared, sprinkle grated Gruyere.
- Bake in an oven pre-heated to 200 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Tasting warm or cold.
