INGREDIENTS |

- 250g of puff pastry
- 750g minced turkey
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 egg yolk
- Salt, pepper, hot pepper |

- Put in a bowl the minced turkey, sliced mushrooms, finely chopped parsley, hot pepper, salt and pepper, mix well.
- Former sticks with this mixture.
- Spread the puff pastry on a work plan fariné and cut it into rectangles 28cm long and 13cm wide.
- Have each rectangle on a stick farce, roll the dough around the filling, wrapping the rolled paper baking, continue the same operation with other rectangles and sticks farce, put rolls in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Remove rolls from freezer and cut them into slices regular 5cm wide with a sharp knife, have them as in a plate covered with paper baking, brush them with yellow d 'egg.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
