- Clean well sardines, remove skin and small bones to get nets and pass them to the mill vegetables.
- Put in a bowl sardines ground, fat sheep chopped, chopped parsley, chopped onions, sweet peppers and strong, cumin, ginger, pepper and salt, knead the mixture with your hands up obtaining a smooth paste.
- Shaping the boot with pulp sardine, flatten gently with your hands.
- Grill the sausages sardine two sides on fire of charcoal.
- Serve immediately.
