- Wash and clean the squid, open them incise on one side, cut them into strips.
- Put the squid in a pan of water, cook over low heat for 10 minutes, and drain them in a colander.
- Put in a bowl the strips of squid, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, hot pepper, salt and pepper, let marinate for 2 hours, drain them
- Breaking eggs in a bowl, beat them into omelets, add the squid drained, mix well.
- Put on a plate flour, curry, ginger, salt and pepper, mix well.
- Pass each piece of squid in flour spicy.
- To fry them in a bath of hot oil until they are golden.
- Serve immediately.
