INGREDIENTS

PERSONS : 6

- 250g rice

- 2 carrots

- 2 potatoes

- 1 box mushrooms

- 1 box corn

- 1 can kidney beans

- 1 can tuna

- Green olives

- 4c.à.s mayonnaise

- 2c.à.c olive oil

- Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 40 mn

Put in a saucepan with water, add salt. Bring to a boil.

Jeter rice in rain and cook for 20minutes. Drain and refresh under cold water.

Peel, wash and empty carrots and cut into small pieces.

Wash, peel potatoes and cut into small dice.

In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the pieces of carrots and potatoes. Drain and cool.

Cut into small pieces mushrooms and olives.

Prepare the sauce mayonnaise.

Mix in bowl rice, chunks of carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, olives, tuna, corn, red beans, mayonnaise, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Submit this mixture into molds or simply in bowls, cool 15 minutes.

Turn on plates.

Serve with pieces of (mashed potatoes in oven)
